Place cranberry sauce, grenadine, hot sauce and pepper in
a medium saucepan
Cook over medium low heat to melt
the cranberry sauce, whisking often to combine ingredients.
Yield: 1 cup
SUGGESTED USE: Smear this sauce over the outside of a
turkey (30 minutes), turkey breasts (30 minutes) or a whole
chicken (30 minutes) before cooking
This sauce creates a
beautiful rosy glaze after cooking.
