In a medium-size skillet, heat the oil over medium-
high heat
Add the chicken and saute until the
chicken is lightly brown
Reduce the heat to medi-
um-low and add the shallots
Saute for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the flour over the chicken and shallots,
stirring constantly until the flour is well blended.
Add the chicken broth and wine
Cook, stirring,
until the sauce has thickened
Add the capers,
lemon juice, pepper, artichokes, and snowpeas and
cook for about 3 minutes
