Tuna, Artichoke and Olive sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
1 (6-1/2 ounce) can imported Italian tuna
in olive oil, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon pitted and chopped
imported black olives
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir to blend. Toss hot pasta with the sauce and serve at once. Serves 4.
