Mustard Peppercorn Paste
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 /2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 /2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Place mustard and hot sauce in a small bowl
  2. Stir together and stir in the thyme, oregano and pepper. Yield: 1/3 cup SUGGESTED USE: Smear this mighty flavorful paste all over any kind of steak before cooking
  3. If you have time, let the steak sit for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking.
