Mustard Peppercorn Paste
Ingredients
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 /2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 /2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
Directions
Place mustard and hot sauce in a small bowl
Stir together and stir in the thyme, oregano and pepper. Yield: 1/3 cup SUGGESTED USE: Smear this mighty flavorful paste all over any kind of steak before cooking
If you have time, let the steak sit for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking.
