Directions
  1. Peel firm, ripe bananas and slice evenly 1/4 inch thick
  2. Dip slices in pineapple juice or lemon juice, then in granulated sugar or honey
  3. Place on dehy- drator trays or plastic wrap and dry
  4. Banana chips are sweet and chewy.
