DRIED FRUIT GRANOLA MIX
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup bran
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup dried grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apple
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried bananas
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, oatmeal, wheat germ, bran, whole wheat flour, soy flour, coconut, sun- flower seeds, sesame seeds, and vegetable oil. Add dried fruits to above mixture
  3. (Add or substi- tute favorite dried fruits as desired to recipe) Spread not more than 1 inch deep on 1 or 2 shallow baking sheets and bake for 1 hour, stirring often.
