In a large bowl, mix
together honey, brown sugar, oatmeal, wheat germ,
bran, whole wheat flour, soy flour, coconut, sun-
flower seeds, sesame seeds, and vegetable oil.
Add dried fruits to above mixture
(Add or substi-
tute favorite dried fruits as desired to recipe)
Spread not more than 1 inch deep on 1 or 2 shallow
baking sheets and bake for 1 hour, stirring often.
