Lemon Coriander Paste
  • Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 /2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
Directions
  1. Place oil in a small bowl
  2. Whisk and mash in the lemon juice, mustard, onion, garlic, paprika, coriander and white pepper. Yield: 1/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: Spread this paste on boneless chicken breasts (30 minutes) pork tenderloin (60 minutes) shark or swordfish (20 to 30 minutes).
