FRUIT COCKTAIL TRAIL MIX
  • Ingredients
  • 3 -16 oz. cans Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 -16 oz. can pitted cherries-cut in half
  • (drain and dehydrate all the fruit)
Directions
  1. Add 1-1/2 cups of your choice of raw nuts (almonds, pecans, peanuts, walnuts, cashews.) Add 1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds and 1 cup of dry shredded coconut
  2. OPTIONAL-yogurt chips, dehydrated banana chips or apple chips, carob.
