Place minced garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, cinnamon,
dry mustard, thyme and cayenne in a small bowl
Mix
together
Add 1 tablespoon oil and mash together
Add more oil to make a thick paste consistency.
Yield: 2/3 cup
SUGGESTED USE: Rub this paste all over the outside of a
pork loin or pork tenderloin (30 minutes) before cooking
