CINNAMON CRUMBLE COFFEECAKE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped dried apples, apricots, dates, prunes or
  • sweet cherries
  • Nut Topping:
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 TB all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 TB butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
Directions
  1. Grease and flour an 8 inch square baking pan; set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  3. Prepare nut
