Refresh corn by adding to boiling water and allow
to stand for 20 minutes.
Simmer corn until tender, approximately 1 hour
Drain excess water (save for soup or gravy).
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
and grease 1
quart casserole.
In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, melted butter,
light cream, onion, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour into the greased casserole and bake for 35
minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes
out clean.
