Place hoisin, soy, sesame oil, garlic and orange zest in a
medium bowl
Stir well to combine
Stir in the red pepper
flakes, coriander, cumin and sesame seeds
Keep covered
in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Yield: 3/4 cup
SUGGESTED USE: This thick paste is delicious smeared over
boneless chicken breasts (3 hours), pork tenderloin (3 to 24
hours), or even tossed with shrimp (2 hours).
