  • 3 oz Lavender flowers
  • 1 oz peppermint
  • 1 oz marjoram
  • blue flowers for decoration(pansy, hydrangea)
  • 1/2 whole nutmeg, ground
  • 1 TB blade mace, crushed
  • 1 oz orris root powder
  • 2 drops lavender oil
  • 1 drop lemon oil
  • 1 drop orange blossom oil
  • 1 drop peppermint oil
