Place apricot preserves and mustard in a small saucepan
over low heat
Cook, gently, stirring often until the
preserves melt
Stir to combine with mustard
Cool and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
SUGGESTED USE: Use some Cajun-Creole Rub (page 129)
on chicken wings or pieces and then serve with this tangy
sauce for dipping
It's also a tasty dip for satay strips of
cooked pork or chicken or even shrimp.
