FRESH FRUIT YOGURT
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit or berries
  • honey or sugar to taste
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 TB yogurt
Directions
  1. Scald milk, let cool to lukewarm
  2. Mix all ingredi- ents and incubate in Food Dehydrator until firm, approximately 6 to 10 hours
  3. Refrigerate for sever- al hours before serving
  4. 6 to 8 servings.
