YOGURT FRUIT CUPS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 TB unflavored yogurt
  • 1 to 2 TB jam or jelly
Directions
  1. Heat milk in a pan until just about boiling
  2. Remove from heat and let cool to 105 to 110 degrees F
  3. Use a thermometer for accurate temperature
  4. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of jam or jelly on the bottom of 6 cup sized containers
  5. Pour the milk and yogurt mixture over the jam or jelly to fill container
  6. Cover and incubate in Food Dehydrator until firm, approximately 6 to 10 hours
  7. Refrigerate for sever- al hours before serving
  8. Serves 6.
