CAROB YOGURT
  • Ingredients
  • 1 quart milk
  • 6 TB carob powder
  • honey to taste
  • 1 TB yogurt
Directions
  1. Mix carob, honey, and milk, scald
  2. Cool until luke- warm
  3. Add yogurt and incubate in Food Dehydrator until firm, approximately 6 to 10 hours
  4. Refrigerate several hours before serving
  5. Serves 6 to 8.
