AVOCADO ICE CREAM
  • Ingredients
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • rind of I lemon
Directions
  1. Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. Freeze in freezing tray
  3. Stir a few times while freezing.
