Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh peaches
1 cup soy yogurt
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Soy protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
sweetener, to taste
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender
Process until smooth.
