Fruit Smoothie
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped fresh peaches
  • 1 cup soy yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Soy protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • sweetener, to taste
Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Process until smooth.
