Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the AquaChef
1) Fill the basin with approximately 3.5 liters of water
2) Plug in the AquaChef and press the power button
3) Set the AquaChef's temperature to 185℉
4) Press the START button to preheat the water
Step 2: Prepare the Carrots
Rinse your green beans off in a colander with water
Cut off the bad end with a knife and place the green beans flat in a 12x12 Seal 'N Fresh bag
Add butter and salt and pepper to taste in the bag
Seal the bag first with your hands, and then vacuum out as much air as possible.
Step 3: Cooking with the AquaChef
Once the AquaChef is preheated, set the cook time on your AquaChef to 90 minutes for soft, and 30 minutes for a little more crunch
Then place the bag in the cooking basket and place it carefully into the AquaChef and put the lid on.
Step 4: Preparing the Almonds
While the green beans cook in the AquaChef, add as many almond slivers as desired to an ungreased skillet on medium heat and stir until the almonds are a nice medium golden brown
Turn off the stove and save them for serving
Step 5: Serving the Green Beans
Once the time is up, the AquaChef will beep
Carefully remove the basket from the AquaChef, as it will be hot
Place your hot green beans on plates and sprinkle almond slivers on top.
