Remove stems from strawberries and medium dice
berries
Place in a medium bowl and toss with sugar.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 2
hours.
Remove stems from chili and thinly slice across into
rounds
Finely dice the red onion and add with chili to
the strawberries
Remove leaves from cilantro and mince
the leaves
Add to the salsa along with raspberry vinegar
and salt and pepper to taste
