Honey Orange Sauce
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 /2 teaspoon grated orange rind (zest)
  • 1 /4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
  1. Place brown sugar, honey, orange juice, zest and mustard in a small saucepan
  2. Heat over a low heat just until the sugar is dissolved. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: Use this sweet orange glaze to baste ham, pork chops, pork tenderloin, chicken pieces or shrimp during the cooking.
