MANGO AND CRANBERRY RELISH
  • Ingredients
  • 2 mangos
  • 8 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 medium unpeeled orange
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
  1. Peel mango and cut off pit
  2. Finely chop mango and place in a bowl
  3. Finely chop the cranberries and add to the mango
  4. Remove seeds from orange, if any, and finely chop, including the skin
  5. Stir into mango mixture with the sugar
  6. Let stand 1 hour before serving or relish keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.
