THAI CHILI-GARLIC SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1 green onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons golden brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Finely mince green onion
  2. Peel and mince garlic. Combine fish sauce, water and sugar in a small saucepan
  3. Heat over medium low heat stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth and slightly thickened
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, garlic, green onion and red pepper flakes
  5. Cool to room temperature or refrigerate before using.
