SAFFRON AIOLI
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Large pinch saffron threads
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Peel garlic and finely mince
  2. Stir into mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate. Place vinegar, honey and saffron in a small saucepan
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat
  4. Cool completely
  5. Stir into garlic mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and pepper.
