SALSA RANCH DIP WITH HOMEMADE TORTILLA CHIPS
  • Ingredients
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Dip Mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • Tortilla chips for serving
  • Baby Carrots and Celery Sticks for serving
Directions
  1. Remove cilantro leaves from stems and mince
  2. Set aside for garnish
  3. Prepare vegetables for serving. In a medium bowl stir the dip mix into the sour cream
  4. Stir in the salsa
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
  6. Keeps up to 4 days
  7. Serve dip sprinkled with cilantro and surrounded with tortilla chips, carrots and celery.
