SALSA RANCH DIP WITH HOMEMADE TORTILLA CHIPS
Ingredients
4 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Dip Mix
16 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
Tortilla chips for serving
Baby Carrots and Celery Sticks for serving
Directions
Remove cilantro leaves from stems and mince
Set aside for garnish
Prepare vegetables for serving. In a medium bowl stir the dip mix into the sour cream
Stir in the salsa
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
Keeps up to 4 days
Serve dip sprinkled with cilantro and surrounded with tortilla chips, carrots and celery.
