CREAMY CHILI DIP
  • Ingredients
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15-ounce) can chili without beans
  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
  • Fritos or Tortilla Chips for serving
Directions
  1. Trim ends from green onions and chop
  2. Cut cream cheese into cubes
  3. Combine cream cheese, chili, diced chilies and green onions in a 1-1/2 quart casserole or deep pie plate and cook in the microwave oven on 50 % power for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
  4. Keep warm in a chafing dish, on a hot plate or in a Fondue pot and serve with chips for dipping.
