CREAMY AVOCADO DIP
  • Ingredients
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
  1. Peel avocados and cut into medium dice
  2. Place in a strainer and rinse in cold water to retard color change
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mash
  4. Peel garlic and mince
  5. Add garlic, sour cream and seasoned salt to avocados and stir to combine well.
