CALIFORNIA COLE SLAW
  • Ingredients
  • 1 medium head green cabbage
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Cut cabbage in half and remove the core
  2. Cut into thin fine shreds
  3. Peel carrot and cut into julienne strips
  4. In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper
  5. Toss in the cabbage and carrot to coat well
  6. Cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours.
