Cilantro Mint Sauce
  • Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 /4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Place cilantro and mint in the food processor
  2. Pulse to chop
  3. Add water, vinegar, sugar, curry, garlic and red pepper flakes
  4. Process until finely minced. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This sauce is delicious served with pork, chicken or lamb kabobs, especially those marinated in a ginger marinade, with or without spice.
