Toss with sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Roll and cut pastry to fit an 11 inch tart pan with
removable bottom, folding the excess in to make the edges thicker
Fill pastry with the apples.
For topping, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and butter in a bowl and rub with fingers to make a crumbly mixture
Sprinkle over apples
Bake 35 to 40
minutes or until apples are tender
Remove to a rack and immediately drizzle the caramel topping over all
