Ancho Chili Seared Tuna
Ancho Chili Seared Tuna
Ingredients
Sushi grade Tuna steak
Rub Ingredients:
chili powder
chili garlic
salt
pepper
Directions
In a small bowl combine rub ingredients to taste and mix well
Pre-heat your skillet on high with canola oil to guarantee a delicious crust on the steak
Sprinkle a generous amount over the tuna and place on the skillet to sear
Allow to cook for a couple minutes before flipping
After both sides are lightly cooked but crispy the tuna is ready to serve
You can also use this for delicious tacos or fajitas
Simply use a sharp knife to cut into fajita size strips.
