Ancho Chili Seared Tuna
  • Ingredients
  • Sushi grade Tuna steak
  • Rub Ingredients:
  • chili powder
  • chili garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine rub ingredients to taste and mix well
  2. Pre-heat your skillet on high with canola oil to guarantee a delicious crust on the steak
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount over the tuna and place on the skillet to sear
  4. Allow to cook for a couple minutes before flipping
  5. After both sides are lightly cooked but crispy the tuna is ready to serve
  6. You can also use this for delicious tacos or fajitas
  7. Simply use a sharp knife to cut into fajita size strips.
