Mango Cilantro Salsa
  • Ingredients
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place mango in a medium bowl
  2. Gently toss in the red onion, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, salt and pepper. Set aside until serving time, up to 3 hours. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Serve this salsa with any chicken or pork dish especially flavored with a Southwestern or jerk flavor.
