Red Wine and Herb Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 /2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place red wine, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary and pepper in a large bowl
  2. Whisk together to combine. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This marinade is perfect for leg of lamb or a boned and butterflied leg of lamb (8 to 24 hours)
  3. It is also good on London broil (8 to 24 hours) or top sirloin (6 to 8 hours).
