BUCKWHEAT PASTA
  • Ingredients
  • 1 pasta measuring cup all purpose flour and
  • 1 pasta measuring cup of buckwheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions
  1. To make eggless Japanese buckwheat noodles, or soba, substitute about 3/4 to 1 cup of water for the eggs.
