Tarragon-Soy Kabob Marinade
Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce in a medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Whisk in fresh tarragon, garlic and pepper. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: This marinade provides plenty of flavor to any style of kabob
Try lamb kabobs (8 to 24 hours), chicken kabobs (3 to 4 hours), turkey breast kabobs (3 to 4 hours) or shrimp kabobs (2 to 3 hours).
