Tarragon-Soy Kabob Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Whisk in fresh tarragon, garlic and pepper. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: This marinade provides plenty of flavor to any style of kabob
  4. Try lamb kabobs (8 to 24 hours), chicken kabobs (3 to 4 hours), turkey breast kabobs (3 to 4 hours) or shrimp kabobs (2 to 3 hours).
