GARLIC SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 or 4 anchovies, chopped (optional)
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
Directions
  1. Heat oil and brown garlic until golden brown
  2. Remove from heat; add 1/2 cup water
  3. Season with pepper and add anchovies if desired
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes
  5. Toss sauce with pasta and serve immediately.
