ALFREDO SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound butter or margarine
  • 1 cup grated fresh Romano cheese
  • 3-1/2 cups heavy cream
Directions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Add cooked, drained pasta
  3. Add heavy cream and grated Romano cheese
  4. Stir over low heat until desired consisten- cy is obtained, approximately 10 minutes
  5. Serve topped with coarse ground pepper or finely chopped fresh parsley if desired.
