Rosemary-Dijon Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a medium bowl
  2. Whisk to combine
  3. Whisk in rosemary, sage, garlic and pepper. Yield: 1/2 cup SUGGESTED USE: This is an intense flavored marinade that works well on both meats and vegetables
  4. Lamb chops or kabobs (6 to 8 hours) are great coated with this herby mixture
  5. Also try a turkey breast (6 to 8 hours), turkey kabobs (3 to 4 hours) or even a variety of skewered vegetables (1 hour).
