1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried sage leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a medium bowl
Whisk to combine
Whisk in rosemary, sage, garlic and
pepper.
Yield: 1/2 cup
SUGGESTED USE: This is an intense flavored marinade that
works well on both meats and vegetables
Lamb chops or
kabobs (6 to 8 hours) are great coated with this herby
mixture
Also try a turkey breast (6 to 8 hours), turkey
kabobs (3 to 4 hours) or even a variety of skewered
vegetables (1 hour).
