LIME CREAM
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon finely grated lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Directions
  1. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, lime rind, lime juice, mustard and tarragon in a bowl and mix to combine
  2. Set aside.
