Rosemary Balsamic Marinade
Rosemary Balsamic Marinade
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Place garlic, rosemary, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl
Whisk to combine well. Yield: 1/2 cup SUGGESTED USE: If you happen to have any rosemary growing in your garden here's the perfect place to use it
Try marinating boneless chicken breasts (30 to 60 minutes) or chicken pieces on the bones (2 to 3 hours)
This also works well with skewered shrimp (1 hour) or chicken or turkey kabobs (2 hours).
