Piquant Apricot Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (8-ounce) bottle Russian salad dressing
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
  1. Place apricot preserves, oil, salad dressing and soup mix in a medium bowl
  2. Stir to combine well. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Good on chicken, pork and turkey
  3. Try chicken pieces (3 to 4 hours) or pork tenderloin (3 to 4 hours) or pork loin (6 hours) or a turkey breast (4 hours) or even kabobs (3 to 4 hours).
