Whisk together the orange and lemon juice in a small
bowl
Whisk in the oil and then the hoisin and hot sauce
Stir in the minced ginger and garlic.
Yield: 2/3 cup
SUGGESTED USE:The fresh citrus flavor mixed with the
stronger flavors of the Hoisin and ginger work well on pork
Try a pork loin (4 to 6 hours), a pork tenderloin (2 to 4
hours) or pork chops (4 hours)
This marinade is also good
on chicken (2 to 4 hours), fish fillets (30 to 60 minutes) or
shrimp (1 hour).
