Place sherry, soy sauce, vegetable oil and sesame oil in a
medium bowl
Whisk to combine well
Whisk in the
ginger, green onion and red pepper flakes.
Yield: 1 cup
SUGGESTED USE: This is the perfect chicken marinade
Work the marinade under and over the skin of a whole
chicken (4 to 6 hours) or soak chicken pieces (3 to 4 hours)
or boneless breasts (2 to 3 hours) in this mixture
It is also
tasty for shrimp (1 to 3 hours) or pork tenderloin (4 to 6
hours).
