CREAM SAUCE
  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Directions
  1. Heat cream to boiling in a saucepan, adjusting heat to prevent cream from boiling over, until reduced to 1 cup, about 10 minutes
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese
  3. Serve immediately over hot pasta.
