BAKED MACARONI AND TUNA
  • Ingredients
  • 1 full load of pasta dough made into macaroni
  • 1 poundpimiento cheese, divided in half
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 quart milk
Directions
  1. Make macaroni, cook until al dente, drain and set aside
  2. In double boiler, heat milk and slowly add half of the cheese
  3. Add flour and stir until thickened
  4. Add tuna and mix thoroughly with sauce, then add macaroni
  5. Pour in greased baking pan
  6. Lay the remaining cheese, cut in strips, over top
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
