Garlic Lime Marinade
Garlic Lime Marinade
Ingredients
6 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 /3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Place garlic, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, lime juice, olive oil and cayenne in a blender
Blend to puree. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: Once pureed this marinade is very thick and coats meats nicely
Try it on pork tenderloin (6 to 8 hours), chicken breasts (2 to 3 hours) or firm fish fillets (1 hour).
