Garlic Lime Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 6 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 /3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Place garlic, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, lime juice, olive oil and cayenne in a blender
  2. Blend to puree. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: Once pureed this marinade is very thick and coats meats nicely
  3. Try it on pork tenderloin (6 to 8 hours), chicken breasts (2 to 3 hours) or firm fish fillets (1 hour).
