Honey Lemon Marinade
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
  1. Place onion and lemon juice in a small bowl
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Add vegetable oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper and stir to combine. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: This simple sweet and sour marinade is ideal on boneless chicken breasts or kabobs (2 to 3 hours) or shrimp (1 to 3 hours) or even firm fish fillets (1 hour).
