COFFEE & CHOCOLATE PASTA
  • Ingredients
  • 2 pasta measuring cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup of strongly-brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients except the flour together thoroughly
  2. Then slowly add to flour according to the directions in your Pasta Maker Instruction booklet. VARIATION: For chocolate pasta substitute 1/2 cup powdered cocoa mixed with 1/2 cup water for espresso powder, coffee and powdered sugar.
