PEPPERMINT PASTA
  • Ingredients
  • 2 pasta measuring cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • several drops of peppermint oil or to taste
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • red or bright pink food color paste (optional)
